Every year my Mom makes this delicious concoction of white chocolate, Chex mix, pretzels, peanuts, and M&Ms- and it is totally addictive! This recipe for Nana's Chex Christmas Mix is very simple to make and is a great holiday treat!
How to Make Nana's Chex Christmas Mix:
Mix together the peanuts, pretzels, cereals, and M&Ms in a large bowl, and then divide evenly into 2 bowls.
Melt 1 package of white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute. Stir.
Heat for one additional minute, and then stir until smooth.
Pour over one bowl of the cereal mix and stir well to mix.
Pour onto a cookie sheet covered in non-stick aluminum foil.
Repeat with the melting of the second package of chips, and pour over the remaining cereal mixture. When cooled, you can break the mixture into pieces and place into smaller storage containers or into small cellophane bags for gift giving!
